"School Improvement through Self-Evaluation"

Software recently developed by the Scottish Interactive Technology Centre (SiTC), University of Edinburgh and University of Cambridge allows the creation of on line surveys to assist in-school self-evaluation. The software allows customisation, editing, archiving data collection and data reporting of surveys over local networks and internet.

Several Educational Authorities and international programmes have already purchased the software. This is part of a proposed suite of programmes under the generic title of Quality Professional Improvement and Development Software (QuPIDS). .
