I have worked in Moray house since 1982 specialising in the use of technology in teaching and learning also generating since 1982 45 multi media products for continuous professional development. Experience as a design engineer with NCR gave me a background of the importance of technology in design development, teaching History and Modern Studies convinced me of the importance of the learning process and since establishing the SiTC in Moray House in 1989 I have been a consultant to Philips/Sony/Governments in Scotland-UK/ EC/ Brazil/Botswana, Nuffield foundation /ESRC/External Examiner to the University of Limerick and between 1987 and 1999 was a consultant to the Scottish Office involved with the implementation of National Grid For Learning in Scotland. So there is a track record of 20 years in this field.
